s13 Very loud clanking sound from rear end

I get this really loud clanking sound sometimes from my rear end. J30 LSD is installed. LSD's aren't loud are they? It sounds like that's where it's coming from but it might be the subframe bushings, correct?

Any idea on what it could be?

Does the noise happen when shifting gears? Usually a subframe bushing problem. 240's are infamous for this.

OK, so should I go with Powered By Max subframe Risers or Polyurethane bushings?

Daily car? I would go with closest to OEM.

only a clutch type lsd should be loud (clunking and popping)
a vlsd or a helical should NOT make loud noises.

Mostly track, sometimes daily. Will be lowered a bunch, which is why I was kind of leaning toward the PBM risers.
