ok i have a 1990 240sx automatic as my daily driver. with a ka24e. when i take off it sputters at like 2500 rpms then goes. and when i come to a stop, and is at idle, it idles really low like its going to shut off. can someone help me? could it be the AIV? egr? or shiet like that?

Clean the intake area. And look for a screw of some sort to control the AICV; it's there to adjust your idle. Should be near the throttle body..iirc..

noting worked tried clean it with a air hose, cleaned the sensors too. what should i clean it with.. carb cleaner??..

i have a 90 coupe, does the same thing minus the sputtering at 2500, hella low idle and if i havent driven it in awhile when i start it up it stall cause it idles too low. i just rev it a few times and its fine. well im sure its not fine fine, but works for me
