^^I've seen that SR first-hand during a trip to Tokyo (if it's the one I'm thinking of)... It was in an S14 that had been totally fabbed on the outside with R34 lights, fenders etc... Pretty sweet!

Thanks guys... Plan to have the hotpipe re-powder coated a lighter silver and the cold pipe & bracketing to match. It's actually not that bad- the angle of that pic makes it look pretty crappy compared to what it really is:




But I do agree that it sorta stands out and doesn't necessarily go with the flow. I will never get rid of it until I go top-mount... It's the old Heavy Throttle hot pipe with the Blitz flange.... One of the first things I ever got for the old 180SX.

I may actually just send it off to Jet-Hot & have the polished coating put on it like the exhaust mani.
