I just looked at the ls swap from there ad it's 3450.00. Sikky has a kit for 1750.00. Anyone no a good quality kit that's not gonna break the bank?

gotcha. I don't think it was that bad of a deal.. a lot of the ac shit is there. clean dash... shit like that. like someone mentioned earlier, you could part it out and get your money back.

The only way to get a LS swap without breaking the bank is break your back and fabricate it all yourself. The kits are expensive for a reason: they took the worst part of the job out of the equation and that is finding what works.

I have a friend who wanted to do a RHD s13 and he found decent empty clips for around $200-$300 so i feel you over payed. But at the same time, that clip does look pretty clean.

So little update. For all the people that say this is a wast of money.. I talked the guy down to $500.00. I sold stuff hat I will not be using for $463.00 and still have more to sell + the stuff of my Lhd car. So I will be making money on the clip. And the time I'm spending on this, it my car and its something icalways wanted to do. I'm doing it my self so will cost no money besides materials.

I've seen some fkd up RHD conversions here in houston... There was one guy here in houston running around with the firewall not even attatched to the car, its just sitting there somehow with tape holding it from the top. Theres a 2" gap around most the the RHD firewall, you can see inside the car from the engine bay. pretty crazy...

ACtually i found the car on here for sale, hope no one bought it! LMAO

Lol I don't think I would just tape the firewall lol. I have been looking around to see we're to cut it and we're the pinch welds are, I just cut the front off the car the other day and I'm goin to drill out the spot welds on Saturday, But I'm def not going to rap it in lolAttachment 58603 Attachment 58604
