Are you willing to sell the motor and vhpower tuned ecu and adapter plate with flywheel spacer? I have everything else I just want a spare VH that I could throw in once mine dies

I haven't researched this swap much so maybe this is a dumb question, but is this capable of passing smog at all? Not that it really matters since i'm piecing together a ka-t right now. This seems like a way better option though and the price is AWESOME! Either way, good luck with the sale!

I was talking to one of my buddies that goes to automotive school with me (he is way ahead of me)

You can actually smog your 240 with this motor if you keep all the emissions, everything stock to the cat. Which means, it's a problem with the exhaust manifold. Although, you can go further and ask if you can customize the exhaust manifold to where it will work in a 240, but you will keep the same length of the manifold.

He was also saying something that it will benefit you at the end if you sell the car. I forgot what exactly he said.

yeah. didn't end up using them because of the flywheel spacer though.

I've got a KA24DE in my 97 kouki. 150k miles, still runs like a top. Never raced it. Tranny is in perfect condition. How much would you want cash on top if we were to trade my DOHC with the harness, ecu and whatever else you needed?
