I am having a similar issue with my setup, at one time the actuator got removed, and i believe the stock preload from factory was messed up. Now im having a hard time finding the right preload for the actuator. And having issues with how slow the boost builds, itll build continuously but very slowly.

Im not sure if i has to do with the adjustment of my bov either.

does shortening the rod of the actuator, where you have to pull the rod on the wastegate flap, increase or decrease boost?
