Fender Rolling?

how/where could i get this done because i would like to lower my 96 a little lower. Would the tire rack do this or what. i heard you can use a bat ?.......BUT im not that smart so i really don't want to try this i already used the search button with no avail so anyone that has this done how easy is this and where could you get this done?......Also my right rear area sweeeks! when i back up and when i brake help?..brake dust or new pads needed?

where are you located.. try calling up a few local body/import/ wheel shops, the good places will know about "fender rolling"... some shops however, sell out of a catalog and wont know waht it is...

oh yah, you dont need to roll your fenders just for lowering, only if you need clearance for wider tires/ rims... but I did it for the hell of it to my bashed up car.. used a bat...
