Issue with CAS dots not lining up?

ok so i got the intake cam dot up top which should be TDC correct? now, i took out my CAS, and following the directions from phase2, mine dosn't have a yellow dot.... It has two dots but its not like in the pic

They are two engraved dots and unlike in the picture where the dot closer to the gear is on the right side, mine has the dot closer to the gear on the LEFT side, and the 2nd dot (farther from the gear) is on the right side... which do i line up before i stick it in and which should line up after its in the gears??

nvm, i got it.. running atleast. It feels wierd tho, like theres some type of vibration from 2-3k rpm. Oh and another thing, it was starting up just fine however now it dosn't start at all, i have to roll start it. Does that generally meen its too advnaced or retarded?
