Honest mistake......... maybe he was in class instead of stealing someones wheels, he would know what both of those words mean.

Mistake? like he was just out their rotating tires for people....

Damm so no charges huh, so he returned them and no damage was done huh? No dents to the frame rails or floorboard? i doubt he torqued the wheels back on to spec. I guess that is ok to some people.

Pressing charges could be the difference to saving his life from ever doing it again to the wrong person next time.

Hard to respect some built cars you see on the street, they could be built off stolen parts.. it just ain't hondas anymore either.. =\
