With JWT S3 cams, gains power all the way to redline. I stopped at 7500, but with a built head it would keep climbing until 8500 I believe. Heres a dyno chart on s14 sr20 @ 14 psi:

Have the same turbo. Love it! Makes 320rwp on stock cams and 15psi. $1000 is a steal. Somebody do it! GLWS.
