another prob..car runs great...but dies out of no where???

i finally got my 240 running and she is beautiful....i had her for about 2 days running...then turbo blew...got a T28 on the next day and was off again..2 days later..i took it to wisconsin to watch drag racing and also wanted to put some miles on the new motor and clutch....after i got back....the very next day..drove the car and it died on me while i was driving. i didnt think any thing of it so i turned the key and it started right back up.....

went to school..then when i got out i drove it to try to leave the parking lot and it died....i waited about 3 mins then it started again....drove it for awhile then went home....after that i tried to go some where else.and bam...it dies on me in the intersection where everyone was at...so that was koo...but this time it died for almost 10 mins...

i got it going again and then its been runin on and off til i got home to park it....but i dont know where that is from??i check the battery, the wires in the front....i checked out alot and i dont know how something like this can hapen so its going to be parked again for alil while cause i been bz....help me out guys!!

i was goin to redo my timing again...

Check for a loose wires at the connections. It may meter okay with a multi-meter, but when you wiggle the wires at the connector, the wire will cut out. Easiest way to find the loose wire is to start the engine & let it run while you wiggle the wires. Just be VERY careful not to get your hand caught in the fan blades, belts or pulleys.
Hope this helps....

I was going to say check the mafs. I had an altima that did that. It ran perfectly and would just stall out for no reason. Replaced the MAFS, problem solved.

yah dude i had the same issues when i first got my sr running, id get on it a little bit and it would just die out, i messed around with the iacv (idle air control valve) and the little idle adjustment screw, tightened my vacuume lines, done never stalled out again.
