Nismotronic help!

Hey guys so I got my nismotronic ecu and just having a little trouble. So at first I was having trouble connecting it to windows 8 but that's fixed now it's showing connected but not logging I went to the site and figured to depin 7.14.15 so I did and still same issue plus now it doesn't want to idle really either and it stalls, I depin at the connector that goes up into the dash so the wires are still in ecu but not in connector any suggestions? Anyone?

The NismotronicSA logging system uses a data rate that is 4 times higher than stock, which is great for logging lots of data, but leaves it susceptible to noise. We therefore recommend de-pinning at the ECU connector.
