well i suckered in and put the fucker on my car. I am obviously keeping it now, only thing is whether or not i pay for it. My options stand as: let the company know, and ill have to pay, or just keep it until they come to me (which does me no good, because my friends mom is gonna hold my money until this is 'settled'), so now what?

dude,you definatelly didnt get it-read the whole thread again,there are so many good advices.Ill give you a hint-not the ones that "pink luis" gave you.And about this companies customer service,well there are a lot of different companies out there,nobody forces you to buy from this p[articular one.So,they tried to make you pay more......well,take your money elsewhere.But ill tell you one thing,this is business and someones life depends on it(they gotta eat too),so just call them,and let them know what happened.You want the exhaust-PAY for it

Like you said, you were planning on paying for it anyways. You received the item, you're now USING the item, and your friend's mom is holding the cash anyways. If anything, do what she thinks is right, she's doing you a favor letting you use her account, don't be a dick. Like you said, greed takes over you, your friend's mom is acting as your conscience, and you know it. Do what's right man, even if these people suck.

You'd feel differently if you had paid them and they sent you nothing...
if they haven't noticed, when you come forward it will be a load off someone's shoulders over there. If anything, do it for the 10 minutes of relief for that one guy, even if they suck...
