anyone use them? how are they? easy to get ahold of for policy stuff?

you have to pay the premium up front when you first get it? or does it start monthly?

looking to hear some good words about them.

I did there auto quote thing, and it saved me 500 dollars on my 4 cars. so it looks good!

My brother had esurance, but he doesnt use it anymore. They are a B@itch to get ahold of cuz they charged my brother twice. It took like 2 months to get everything straight, they have no customer service. So dunno its up to you, but so far the experience is bad.

i've had esurance for over a year with no problems. of course i haven't had any claims to file either, so i dunno how good they are with that.

My GF has it. Great rates and claims(cause the out sorce it). but the regular account CS people are worthless.
