WTB: s13

I am looking to buy an s13. It must be running.
Here's what we're working with:
I have 2,100 to spend but I am also willing to let go of an ASUS X550ca-db71 laptop. 15.6 inch 8GB RAM 1TB hard drive and it still has 3 months left on manufacturers warranty. Excellent condition. These go for between 5-600 on ebay used. I am also willing to include two kicker comp c10s 10 inch subs in a truck box and two kicker 6.5 inch speakers still in the box along with a kenwood head unit. The head unit and speakers are less than a month old. Still have receipt. I can send pictures of everything.
Even though I am located in Atlanta I would be willing to make a long drive for this car. Possibly as far north as Virginia and as far west as Louisiana. It just has to make it back lol.
Please don't send offers of non running projects. I currently have no means of towing. Also 5 speed is a must. Also a title in your name would be great too lol
