Rear side skirts on all s-chassis seem to mount with brackets that pretty sandwich the fender wall. I did something similar to what jr_ss did with my S13 skirts.

Yup, its the same clip used on the rear oem valences and the kouki side skirts. Its been awhile but I remember you can order them from dealer.
You need #4 in the picture. 1 for each side. They are like $2.00 each.

Mind spoon feeding us the Nissan PN for this? I was actually looking into securing the rear part of my Type X Sideskirts as well. This seems like a viable option
