Any one else have trouble with ADVAUTOPARTS?? - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

I extremely unhappy with Mark and Advautoparts. I ordered some d2 coilovers for $800 shipped, not in a groupbuy, over a month ago and still have not received them. I was told they were in stock and ready to ship so I could expect them in 3-4 days when I ordereding. After further searching I've seen they have had a few failed groupbuys.
Their website does not list a phone # and I never get a response to the email address listed. When I checked their contact info with paypal to file a complaint it lists a website that does not exist, an email address that doesn't work, no phone number, and says they are not US verified. I do have their phone number now which almost never gets answered and when I try to leave a message the voice mail box is always full.
I hope nobody else buys from them and has the same experience I have.

try going to http://registar.com and put in thier website address, then look up the "whois" info, that will reveal who teh site is registered to, as well as list a phone number haha

i have no trouble with them althought communication is very poor. but i got my coil 1 month after i paid. and it was ship to me directly from factory in taiwan.

yea they ship out of taiwan and it should take a little over a month, regardless of when he says youll get it. i ordered some mid august and canceled the payment mid september ( as he said it would take a week) and it showed up like a week after that. so i had to send them back. aw well. now i have some ksports comin that were $200 less

he better get his shit together though, and learn how to run a damn business.

Zilvia is not a grievance forum. If you have a problem with a seller or buyer, settle it with them.
Otherwise, utilize the review section and write a fair review.
