all joking aside, pretty much every line out there is -4an or -3an... all you need are the crimp fittings that go for a -4an line set to the female 1/8 npt brake fittings, and banjo bolt fittings.

not rocket science..

Jegs / summitracing would have all of that... there may be some performance shops around you that carry the supplies, but its easier to take measurements, and just order the pre-fabbed lines online.
