You can reuse ARP hardware. Just keep an eye out for stud stretch. As long as you are tightening in sequence and to the torque specs that come in the box (do not tighten to FSM specs, the torque rating is different for ARP) , the head studs should last 5-10 head jobs before showing signs of fatigue.
