Was just wondering if anybody has ever ran this setup or any other camber plates with success.

I know that chances are that it will not work, the WS's would blow up while I'm going down the highway, then I die.

But just seeing if it anybody has run them, or if it were possible.

Apexi says NOT to run any kind of aftermarket plates with the world sports. they arent designed for them and the shock will blow. hell putting that little "street" collar on there causes the WS to blow out. but in theory it should work. just your shocks will be mush quickly.
