Hopefully someone here can translate this for me, trying to understand what all is said for the diagnostic mode.

I understand how to pull codes, but I was hoping to learn if the dotted line or anything in Japanese explains the O2 diagnostic mode. I have a CEL that flashes irregularly and I feel it is because it is reading Lean/Rich conditions. Any help would be great! Thanks

The characters around the screw used to pull codes, reading in clockwise starting at the bottom.

low, high, and past dotted line 'up to you'

not sure I understand, though I am well aware of how to pull codes.

the left side talks about using caution.
