I got these wheels from my s14 when I bought it 4 years ago and i'm looking to sell these wheels

However I don't know the make/model.

I tried asking around the small question thread but no one replied

I would appreciate if anyone can help me on this!

There should be a sticker label inside the barrel of the rims that should give you the model name or number.

Looks kinda like the axis hiro's but dont have the axis stamped on it..any stickers on the inside of the wheels or any stamps?

holy fuck, i wasnt gonna reply, cuz you know, stupid thread, but decided to show op how to do it and did a little research and daaaamn! Godspeed wheels? Really? I sure hope it's not the same godspeed that sells all that other crap. Oh, "omega" style btw....

Godspeed Omega wheels are not the same as the Godspeed suspension guys.

Those are TSW Thruxton's for sure. Not a great wheel, but discontinued & now rare. You may want to keep those, OP. Godspeed Omegas are replicas with better sizes.
