Madman...you mentioned you had better fitment with the 255/35s. If I recall you are Mr. Zenki with your 2 fine examples of 2 door Camry sports coupes, so how are you stuffing the 255s under stock metal? In other words whats the width/offset with your RPF1$? Im currently having a tough time fitting 255s with 18x9 +26 with a roll and no fender work.

Are you talking about those two cars? man oh man are you in for a surprise! Black S14 is gone(Traded for IS300), Purple S14's paint is now super faded(clear coat peeling like a boss), body kit sold, and now on Tein Lowering springs with stock KYB GR-2 Shocks. 18x9.5+15 is my front wheel size, but also worthy noting that my front fenders are pulled about 1 inch. I ran 245/40/18 in front first, it was fine in straight line, but anything past 90degree intersection turns it would rub like no tomorrow. ^pictured is 245/40/18 in front -3 camber. what does your's look like right now? if anything, just pull it out a bit and you should have no problem. (but don't listen to me, I am just a fan boy on lowering springs, LOL)

Doesn't matter to me what the e-thugs think, I'd rather spend the extra $1000 dollars I'd be spending on wheels and put it towards an extra 30 or so horsepower from an aftermarket intake for my 5.3

Im getting 18x10 +38 wheels for the rear of my hatch.
Would a 275/40 fit under stock metal with little camber?

it can fit, but can't tell you for sure with out seeing your car pic first. ride height will determine that.

Oldest picture i have that kinda shows fitment. 17x9.5 +12 215/45 (might be 225)
Im getting away from the stance game to move to more functional set up, but i still want it too look flush. 400hp and 215/45 dont mix too well. I think this is at 3.6* camber Fenders hammered flat, newspaper pull on 225s This was on p45r 17x9plus12 we all know the size lol

I have 275/40s on a 10. Specifically a 17x10+38 RPF1. they are sunk on my S14 with rolled and pulled fenders (obviously). Most likely going to throw on a spacer. Clearance with lower control arm is very slim in the rear.

read 1 page back. I don't quiet understand why yours is "sunk" with that wheel size Reddrum13.
you guys are killing me with that 40 series sidewall profile on 275's here. LOL!!! but again, it'll be doable but 35 sidewall is better fitting IMO.

So I have read approximately 30 pages of the 37 in this thread, and I think I have everything squared away, but thought I'd get some opinions.
Whip: S14 Zenki I just bought a set of RacingHart CP-S10s as follows: Front - 18x9 +21 Rear - 18x10 +27 I would like to run the following on stock sheet metal with a roll and no more than a medium pull. Front - 255/35 Rear - 275/35 or 285/30 Are the 285s doable with a medium pull on the +27mm offset? I'd rather have the width and lower profile of the 285 versus the 275, but I don't want to get crazy with the fender work. Also, I'd like to keep camber in the 1-2deg area. My plan is FEAL coilovers, adjustable arms, Z32 brakes, and finally RB25 with about 350rwhp. Thanks for your help. Other than being assholes most of the time, you guys are great! |

i vote 275/35/18, sheer fact that they are more readily available and cheaper then 285/30/18's
that tire can fit with decent pull on that offset, just don't expect it to be able to tuck tire while being static.

I've got an 18x10.5 +27 on my S14 and with a 265/35 RT615 it fits but the fenders are pulled a good 15-20mm out.
I'm not running a ton of camber though, so if you were to run a bit more camber it would probably work on a 275. Heres my setup for reference. |

Thanks mad-ass, and I agree, the tire selection is much better for the 275s. This car will mostly be street driven, some spirited mountain driving, and a small (and I mean small) amount of road racing at our local track just to see what it will do, so I am looking more at UHP summer tires with good wear ratings.
Prok0 - It looks like you have some good clearance with that pull, which I would not consider too extreme compared to some I have seen on here. Depending on true section width of the tires I go with, from your photos it looks like with a similar pull the 275/35 should fit without too much issue. How's your clearance on the inside? Edit: What's your front setup? Any clearance issues inboard or outboard? |

Clearance on the inside is pretty tight with that wheel/tire setup, I had to run a 3mm to clear the coilover.
I can probably fit a 275 but with the 265 at the track under compression it would rub a little so I had to dial a tiny bit more camber in. Then again I was running an 18x10.5 +24 at that point I believe. So that extra 3mm may help. |

Interesting, so effectively with the 3mm spacer the inside of your rim should be almost exactly where mine will be, so I should clear the coilover fine.
Also, with the 3mm push outboard, that puts you a little closer to the fender as well, so with approximately the same pull it looks like the 275 should clear with my rims as well. This is excellent info, and sort of what I gleaned from the other posts in this thread, but it definitely helps to see photos of a very similar situation. Edit: Or were you talking about the front? |

Well I run a 18x10.5 +30 (with 3mm spacer) so +27 effectively.
So you should have like 6mm more inner and outter clearance with a 10 +27 So yea, with the same pull and similar alignment I'd say you could sneak a 275 in there, if anything playing with the camber slightly you could get it to work. iirc my rear camber is only like -0.75 or -1 so not much at all. |

17x9.5 +23 or +24, cant remember exactly.
235/40 RT615 around -1.75 camber last time I checked. I'm probably going to try to go to a 245 front and 275 rear once I get the thing back up on the road. |

You need to include specs if you post in here. It's not a photo whoring thread.

Hey guys, I plan on getting a set of Square G8 wheels 17x9 +15. I want to run 235/40 feddy 595s all around. I'll be getting fortune auto 500 coilovers. How will this fit? Does anyone have this setup? I don't plan on slamming, just lowering a good amount. I assume i'll have to roll and maybe pull fenders. I don't want to go overfenders or have too much camber.
