Chances are the tail lights were sent out First class air mail. Which is dirt cheap, and less reliable.

Most places refuse to ship that way.

If you think their price is off, go look on USPS.com and see for yourself.

Honestly, buying anything from Japan should be measured in months not weeks. If you get it sooner, be happy.

On the flip side Hong Kong is practically over night.

1 week since they have received the items, and then combined multiple items into one box.

Normally I don't expect much, but when I have to pay for 2-4 day air mail (which was basically my only option because of package size apparently), and it's taking this long, it's a bummer :/

The Cusco diff I purchased through Streeter arrived in 4 business days after he received it! Was shipped EMS. It's been about the same for other things I've purchased through him. Hard to beat that quickness for the price.

I bought a new Key!s wheel direct from RHD Japan, things are moving right along. Waiting for my wheel to reach their HQ in Osaka, I guess they don't drop ship from the warehouse?


Oh and beware, there are people on eBay and Facebook selling crappy Key!s Knockoffs, claiming that they are authentic. I got ripped for nearly 200 bucks, thank god for paypal buyer protection.

As soon as Jesse gets the item, he turns it around, relabels it and ships it out that same day.

I haven't even figured out how to search with more than one word. Single word searches work fine, but every time I try with more than one word I get 0 results, even if I search for something that shows up under the 1 word searches.

Anyone know what's up with GTR garage? I bought a Bride through them a bit before the holidays so I expected it to take a while. They sent me an email on January 10th saying they finally got the seat and that I should expect an invoice soon. I haven't heard anything from them since, so I sent an email a month ago with no reply, and another one just now and got an automated message saying something about a new warehouse they're opening. They haven't taken very much of my money yet, but I really want the seat.

Pretty much exactly what happened to me with my ARC airbox. Getting a reply was like pulling teeth over 4 months. One day I just reached out to them on FB, Email and here in PM all at once. Finally got a responce that my part never got to them and they refunded my money. Nout sure if that was really the case, but communication was terrible. That being said, I was out no money, but just wanted that Airbox.

i stopped doing business with them altogether. GTR Garage got me a few things in the past, but I was far from pleased with the customer service being provided.

i am now working exclusively with a shop called Japanese Parts Service (theyre the sister company of Japanese Classics LLC) and they are absolutely awesome! On time, repsonsive, have gotten me a ton of things ive been looking for with ZERO hassle and are just all around great people!

^they haven't set up their new parts website yet. still a work in progress. I am also going through them to get some Aero for their container in may. so far so good. response time is excellent and product pictures of what im looking for/buying is more than I can ask for. Lucky for me, Japanese classics is sort of local to me so I can go see their inventory anytime on the weekends.

GTR Garage has always done me right. Just recently is the only real problem I have had with them. I ordered some aero for their January container and they won't respond to my emails. Ticks me off, bc when I was ordering the items they were prompt but as soon as the transaction was paid for the communication eroded.
