Geezus... Ppl are still doing this? It's kinda hard to recommend if we don't know why your headlights are broken. Its been so long that I've had an S13 that I forget there are knobs under the hood to adjust your headlight height. If you lights are already stuck in the up position whether on or off, adjusting those knobs should achieve the desired effect, right?
