Power window and lock harness question S14

My power windows and locks stopped working.
My question is does the harness for them run through the driver side fender? the one that is usually tucked when you lower the S14 please and thank you searched to no avail

It's on the door itself.... Search on eBay to see an image of the harness removed

So none of the wiring should run through the fender right?
I lost all power to the door locks and both Windows only place I have exposed wires is at the fender harness to my knowledge
I see from a wiring diagram that there is a connector that leaves the door via the door jam location
