What year is the short block from? Does it have the crank pulley/harmonic balancer?

PICS POSTED (like i said in my post i was resizing them) MORE TO COME

short block came from an s13 most likely a 92 but the guy i got it from didnt know. pics show surface rust (it can be wiped off with a rag) ill be sure to clean anything that comes off it b4 i ship it and if the buyer is not satisfied with how it comes out after i clean it (B4 I SHIP IT) then no hard feelings

Bump oil pAn is ready to go and it is not yet tapped. Fitting is BOLT ON style which means you drill a hole, and put one half of the fitting through the hole and the other half threads onto the other one on the outside. It can be welded or hust sealed with the washers provided.
