I am wondering if I am shoving to much oil into my turbo, so to figure it out I am going to purchase a new oil line. so my question is what size to I get and what would happen if I go to big. thanks.

Why not try a restrictor?

McMaster-Carr sells one, as does "ATP Turbo" IIRC...
