Took new pictures today and made sure I got the back for you.
(I had already put protective tape around the edge of the lips before putting these wheels upside down on the ground, so don't worry about lips being scratched.)

Are these 5x100 lug pattern or 5x114.3??

They're original 5x114.3 as stated on the initial post.

5x100 lug holes are a lot closer to the center cap than these.

It's normal to have engravements of 5x100 on the back JDM wheels because they follow the JWL Standards.
It says 5x100 505KG, meaning that's the wheel's load rating at 5x100 bolt pattern.
Sometimes you'll see wheels that has 5x114.3, 5x100, 5x120 all engraved behind the face. That's not the actual bolt pattern of the wheel, it's just a load rating. And since 5x100 is the weakest bolt pattern, stating its load rating is merely enough.

So in this case where it says 5x100 at 505kg, that means 5x114.3 will also withstand 505kg if not more.

lol. Simple way to verify it is that 5x100 and 5x114.3 looks very different.
5x100 are a lot closer to the center bore, in this case it is not.

And no, it's not redrilled simply because you cannot redrill from 5x100 to 5x114.3 without filling (and these wheels show no signs of that whatsoever)
