a buddy of mine is on his way down to orlando..... before they left the changed his spark plugs.. his cuz didnt tighten it down all the way... and the spark plug blew off... he isnt very smart when it comes to cars.... and i was woundering if any body that knows about sr's near orlando area could help him out... he is stuck on the highway... about 50 miles north of orlando..

just checked the thread, i was on the turnpike and 528 last night coming back from gainesville, didnt see anyone. I woulda pulled over to help a fellow 240 though! what time was he stranded?

he was down at 10-12 pm.. roughly... yeah he was on the turn pike.. he managed to rig up something to make it work... he got to orlando.. and is gonna call around for help.... thanks tho...

whats so hard about changing spark plugs? or buying a new one at a local auto-parts place and putting it in there...

i remember the days back when people worked on their own cars and didnt pay someone to do a swap

coil packs sit on top of the spark plugs and are held down by 10mm bolt.

amazing, a spark plug BLEW off.. that means, the coil packs must have not been plugged in. am i missing something here? is there a hole in this guys hood?

oh yah i forgot!!! he was using an SR using coilpacks; I'm used to a distributor on my KA and 2jz-ge... rofl...
