Steering rack rebuilder
Anyone know a good shop that rebuilds steering racks? Preferably in the san gabriel valley.

Usually your auto parts store can outsource it to get rebuilt if you can find one yourself. Over here in NY our parts store "Tinkers" sent my buddies rack out to get rebuild and got it back in a week.

p.s. chain stores like pepboys, autozone, advance auto, etc wont know, atleast not here in NY

I recently had my steering rack rebuilt at California Rebuilt Exchange in Ontario. I dropped off my rack and it was done before the end of the day. They also provide a warranty.

you can get a new/refurb one off ebay for around 250.

From what company? I searched and only found a company called Buy Auto Parts. After seeing their reviews I deiced not to buy from them. They have poor product and costumer service reviews. Some people say that their credit card number has been stolen after they bought something from there.
