I paid $600 shipped for my 18x8+38 VS-KF's. Chrome, not one blemish on the faces. Currently 18x10+13

I've purchased over 6 sets of KF's and have never paid more than $700 for them. Most have a pretty bad finish on the faces.

hell, i got my Advan Super Racing Gen 2s (NOT VER 2, different wheel) for $1600 to my door. they look almost brand new... last set like mine i saw here went for around $2800.

Been looking out for 18" vsxx but there seems to only be about three auctions so far. What's everyone's search terms for vsxx ? Do you put in work vs or work xx ?

Any yaj tips would be great.

I emailed Jesse streeter and he after his fees shipping to me etc, I'm looking at about $1200 usd for a set of 18" vsxx. Not sure if that's the going rate or is that a little high ?

In the same spot, you just have to look around. I just look for "work" and spot any vsxx shapes in the pictures. Plan is pick up a decen set at 17 inches with decent offset then in another year rebarrel them to 18in step lips, white faces, red hardware, and red emblems.

That's not too bad. The name of the game is how long you are willing to wait for the right deal. People score big on YAJ but it takes time and luck to find those listings that seem to get overlooked. YAJ is not a cheat code for super cheap great wheels. Also size/offset/lip play a huge part.
I would search something like "work 18" "work 18x9" "work 9j" etc.

$1200 is good if they're good sizing. Air shipping will be about 300-400 to get them over here. You're still a few bucks under the going US rate.

Ive bought from yahoo auctions in the past through the website Jauce. The problem though is it was only clothes and shoes so how do you go about bigger pieces like fenders and wheels?

Any tips or other sites?

yea to bad they are white. Don't think they would look good on gunmetal grey. Still thinking about it just to have them though. Silver would be a different story for sure.

White is so right on grey.

Check out Stewart Leasks R32. He just put on some white Regas, and it looks so good.

anyone have trouble with buyee before? I had an order with three items and one of the items was a quantity of (2) (temp sensors for gauges), and I only received one sensor. They want me to send a photo of the packaging and the weight for compensation which is understandable, but it still ends up screwing me because of their mistake. Even if I get a refund I still need a sensor, for which I now have to pay to be shipped, and buyee fees etc.

When you consider the current value of a used OEM S13 front bumper, his statement makes sense:

S13 zenki bumper: $FREE
S13 chuki bumper: $50
S13 kouki bumper: $500+

I've heard numerous horror stories, but I can't say I have had a bad experience thus far. I've only used Buyee once or twice though. It seems that they block more and more car related items from being purchased daily though. Streeter is just much nicer and faster to work with IMO, even for really small items.

Hope you're able to get the situation sorted out!
