Hey, does anyone know if these fenders are rolled or are they just fender flares?

dont know if they are rolled or if its fender flares but it sure looks AWESOME though!!

i wonder if he cut the rear tubs.... when i rolled the rear on mine i couldn't get above the "wheel well tub". looks awesome though
