These cars are fun projects. Unfortunately in that state you wont get anywhere near the asking price for the whole thing. In my area people cant get rid of them for 1,000 bucks. It looks clean though and rust free. I'd part out the intior and 5speed stuff if I was you, there would be your $2,000 right there.

By the way I have a superturbodiesel w123.
