I got refunded for both shifters and went straight to touge factory and ordered two serialnine shifters. They were backordered but I heard from them this week and they just got a big shipment in.

Lmao same here brother that guy is terrible. Ordered beginning of December and my story is literally what you wrote down word for word. Getting my refund tomorrow!
