Can this PowerFC be used on a S13 Blacktop engine?

According to a friend who is a reliable source ...

S13 62/63 E4/5 is the same no pin out change
J4/5 is different. So it depends on which ECU you currently have , if it will plug right in or not.
Otherwise you have to change some pins I guess ?
