THIS! This is exactly what I'm after. Anyone upgrade their sleeper setup & selling their old OEM S14 SR turbo stuff? I already have the S14 SR exhaust manifold, heat shield, T28, & intercooler. Just need the rest of the stock intercooler piping, intake piping and air box, etc. any leads? Located in So-Cal.

Also, anyone do forged internals on their sleeper setup? To push more than the conventional 7-10 psi and see what these sleepers can really put down?

I'm still waiting to see someone with a sleeper setup running something like a GT2871r or newer GTX turbo...

With a sidemount I can't see it being very good unless it's just simple daily driving. I'm running a 2871 but Im also running a fmic

wonder if you could run an fmic like this, but just run the oe upper piping. paint the lower piping and intercooler black and no one would notice

iirc greddy (???) used to make an upgraded intercooler kit that utilized the oe piping. maybe it was someone else, but someone did...

That is the setup I have with a GT28R. I just need to make a cover for the air filter.

Not a crazy build yet, KA24E with a s15 BB t28. About 12psi on stock internals.. Nothing crazy, but a super reliable and a ton of fun to drive.

what turbo manifold is this? and what headgasket did you use?

I want to say that's just a flipped top mount but 99% of the ones I see are T3 flange? Could just be custom made.

I know that JGS or someone like that was working on a SOHC bottom mount T2 manifold at one point, showed a prototype on KA-T.org, but it never went into production. Searching on KA-T.org any time anyone asked about T2 manifolds or bottom mount the hive mind would just yammer about how good their T3s worked.

Edit: did some scrolling back in the thread and some more looking on ka-t. I think this was the Jordan Gladman manifold. His websites are all defunct but the one pic I can find looks like this. Doesn't fit with A/C.
