S13 Convertible Rear Window
I just bought this S13 vert pretty damn cheap. It's completely stock and low mileage so I'm going the restoration route for now.
Anyone have any tips on trying to clean this up? It's pretty badly sun damaged and I can't see anything through this. I've just tried regular car soaps and toothpaste/toothbrush because it worked on headlights in a small corner but no dice. I really don't want to have to replace the whole top. Anyone know of any magical chemical/formula that may help this? ![]() |

The window is a seperate piece from the top.
1. You should be able to buy just a window from eBay for about $90 and put it in your self by removing the old one out and stapling in the new piece. 2.Or you can get clear think plastic and cut out the faded window and epoxy in the new clear plastic (typically ends up looking like shit and leaks) I went with option 1 and did it my self. Looked great until someone broke in by kicking in the back window to steal 3$ in change....the doors were unlocked.....I never lock a convertible especially a 240sx one. Get a convertible FSM and see for yourself |
