As for Roe Vs. Wade, the more pragmatic/agnostic Conservative's problem with the ruling isn't Abortion, but the basis for legalization of abortion. Even your new found savior RBG said she didn't agree with it in anything other than the ends justify the means.

We all realize Abortion isn't going anywhere, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be regulated, standardized and defined.
