My names Tyler, I?ve been on this forum a few times in the last 6 years looking for turbo parts for my miatas. I finally got an S14 rolling shell not too long ago and picked up a 2JZ-GE with GTE internals for a killer deal. I don?t know anything about this chassis but I?m a mechanic and In my free time I build cars. Just here to learn as much as I can about the s-chassis and hopefully have a running 2J swapped S14 in 2 years! If anyone has any advice on where to start reading or whatever let me know!

I?ve owned a 1992 Nissan 240sx for the past 2 years and been working on restoring all worn parts and making it my daily project car (bad idea lol) but so far really fun!

I just picked up a 98 Kouki with 32,801 on the odometer.
Original owner bought it back, from insurance after totaling it in front end crash. He paid to have it rebuilt, and had a new rebuilt title 6 months after crash.
The car sat for 20 years.
I?m restoring it and Collector Car feed just roasted it
I am in Philadelphia P.A.
I need 240SX owners to help me find a good shop for paint and another for service that can help me, with the cars evolution down the road.
I?d be willing to ship the car nationally to guarantee I am paying for the right shop.
My plan is on doing a OEM+ restore with 5 speed swap, coilovers to lose that wheel gap, and some forged real wheels, not slamming it, not cutting the fenders, not ricing it.
I have already sourced and purchased USDM Kouki Foglights, JDM Kouki Foglights, Driver/Passenger Airbags, 95 KA 5 Speed Trans, 4 Wire Fuel Sending Unit.

I'm 30 and come from Sweden, I spent 4 years in Chicago but moved back home with wife and kids for a more relaxing lifestyle. :-)
I bought my first S13 when I was 16 and got another one when I was 18. Kept those cars for around 6 years when I moved on to more grown up cars.

Just bought another S13 two weeks ago that has been renovated inside and out and I'm just looking to perfect the little things and keep it in great condition.
Will be searching for some guidance and help here!

SR swap, nothing big exterior wise, just wheels and suspension. Interior mostly stock as well. Thinking about swapping to Bride seats. Looking forward to sharing her build with you.
