Yup. There's someone selling one right over in the FS forum right now for $$$. They're impossible to find still working.

I wish I had an S14 to experiment with because I'm about 95% confident that if you repin the harness a B14 200SX or D22 Frontier switch will drop in. No amp module in those but the B14/D22 don't have an amp either, they just drive the window motors directly off the switch. Instead they just have auto-reset circuit breakers in series with the motor which you could easily add to the S14's motors (eg Standard Motor Products BR-325).

A GC8 Impreza window switch also looks like an almost drop in. Again different pinout, but another option if you find someone parting out a GC8. This one doesn't seem to be available aftermarket new like the B14/D22.
