S13 Redtop -> S14 = will not start
harness was done by enjuku. The car cranks, spark and actually will start if starting fluid is used. Fuel pump does NOT come on BUT we have hardwired the fuel pump to get fuel and have pressure, sparkplugs/coilpacks have been replaced/checked with known good ones.
Few problems i've thought up of is : 1. bad ecu (waiting for a replacement) 2. bad injectors 3. injector/fuel pump wiring Anyone have any other ideas/suggestions? |

if you got the pump working than check your fuel lines lit tictac said remember the return line comes off of the regulator

got it running finally, wasn't the fuel lines those were on correct. The wiring near the ecu was incorrect, i had to re-wire it and she started right up.
Now my next question, when enjuku did the harness there wasnt a wire located in the "ECU FAULT CODE" spot (can't remember which pin off the top of my head), i'm not sure why the wire would not be there, could it be because the check engine light will not work correctly with an s13 redtop in an s14? |
