s14 Auto S14 KA24de No ECU power

To make a longer story short, I currently have a s14 sitting in my garage, the owner is an older fella who lives close by and gave a sad story so a buddy and I are trying to fix it for him without any real info on his car. The owner has had it for 20 years, Said it needed a fuel pump. He drove it the store, and when he came out it wouldn't fire. The car cranks just fine.
Upon further examination the car is getting zero fuel or spark. All relays and fuses are in working order, but it appears I'm getting zero power to the ecu itself. No light comes on the ecu and I am not getting a reading on the multi tester. Anyone have any answers other then the ecu just being fried? I'm picking up another auto ecu tomorrow just to see if that one gets power to it, but other then that I'm currently stumped.

Update: I’m not able to read anything with a scan tool so now I’m thinking possibly an issue with the ignition switch? Or possible wire issues around the ignition switch? Any thoughts on this would be helpful before I tear this car apart.

main fuse. under the hood passenger side fuse box i think its blue 100Amp if i remember correctly. start there.

then check main power cables going from Fuse Box to the battery positive - probably worn terminal or corrosion.

Alt ground strap and ground strap from motor to chassis.

start there

Main fuse was blown, and the terminal was trashed. All grounds are good to go. New terminal and main fuse have been put in, but still no power to the ecu itself.

check the ECU fuse - been a while but i think its a 10a or 5a fuse on the engine bay box as well or it might be on the driver side kick panel see if you are getting power with the ignition on
