you cant pry it loose. When I did my subframe spacers I took a pry bar and stuck it between the car and the sumframe and had a friend jump on it (not really) My wernt that bad, but kinda fused (dont know why) but after a while I was ably to pop em loose. Another thing you can try is to take off the other corrner of the subframe on the same side and give yourself more leverage. It should pop loose. Keep us updated.

i actually unbolted all of the bolts for the subframe so it was hanging on that bolt and jacked the subframe and then let it drop quickly and it was just flexing on the bushing its like the collar is actually connected to the stud.
i havent tried a pry bar but i will, shouldnt the collars be the same? the passanger side is noraml and has a ring of clear space so it can easily slide in and out and this one has 0 space it looks welded or connected bwt the car is a 93 s13 |
