Code 21 on KA24DE HELP!

I've done a search on here and freshalloy and can't find anything that will help me. Ecu is throwing code 21. Power Transistor. I've already changed the distributor on the car (bought straight from Nissan dealership). Car is a 98 S14 5sp. Car runs fine and does not idle rough. Starts everytime it is fired, so i'm stumped. Car is basically stock cept for a HKS exhaust. Need to get this fixed so I can pass smog! If any one can help please do!

yes, i've done that a million times... i've brought it to the nissan dealership and various shops around me. No one can tell me what i need to replace. Someone suggest it possibly might be the ecu. I've tripple check the wiring, and there are no issues. I just changed the crank angle postioning sensor still the same problem. I just need to get the car to pass smog. It will pass the emission test just fine. But since the car is OBD2 and its 96+ the smog station has to plug their computer in and scan the ecu for codes and what not. That is the only thing I'm failing on (clearing ecu and tried to smog). The smog computer doesn't pick up any sensor readings that it needs to pass the ecu side of the test. If anyone has any suggestions on how to tackle this problem please help me out.
