I got a pioneer deck that says 50X4 watts and I was like "yeah sure, buddy " and the instructions said I could hook up subs to the deck so I tried it because I have a box without an amp.  Well, whattaya know, this thing sounds great.  I'm actually shaking my mirror without any distortion.  I was quite suprised.  I'm running two 10" Orion Xtr's with two MTX horn tweeters(basically it was a mtx two way box with orion subs) and its pushing them quite fine.  Now I can actually take my time looking for an amp because I'm not going through that "I can't turn my radio up" stage when you first get your car.
