what if I want to go to button willow and willow springs to go on the race track...
will my helmet be fine.. the specs again are tk 77 snell DOT thats the sticker on my helmet on the back, its a kbc helmet... Im not planning on going pro at racing... but I just wanna try it out you know... race around the track every weekend or something... what do you guys think? |

2000 is the year of the standard it follows. they upgrade the standards every 5 years. as mentioned before, M helmets are good enough for most local and small events. for events sponsored by larger sanctioning bodies, they start mandating SA helmets. most events will allow helmets up to 2 standards old. until the 2005 helmets come out, 95 helmets are okay to use. after the 2005 helmets come out, 2000 is the oldest we can use. |
