Compression Test Results?

Question for you guys:

I just compression tested my SR20DET (It was pulled out of my old totalled 240), here were my results.

Cylinder 1 148
Cylinder 2 110
Cylinder 3 130
Cylinder 4 145

When I put oil in before doing it they all read damn close to 150. Is my engine blown? Do I need a rebuild?

Is it likely that it was like this before the accident?

Would it be dangerous (for the engine) for me to run it like this?
