Its not just the auto belts either, I had my lap belts replaced at the dealer for free when i stopped by to check out how much new hardware cost...my local dealer boasts any defective / broken belt in a modern nissan is covered.

but yeah the recall is way old news

seat belts are always life time warrantee against defective operation.
