does it make a grinding like noise when you depress the pedal enough to cause the throw out bearing to ride against the pressure plate? if so then its your throw out bearing. did you apply white litium grease on your shaft? (no pun intended <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='

if this doesnt apply post back with some more info and i'll see what i can think of.

also did you resurface your flywheel? it could be glazed or you could have gotten some grease on the clutch surface causeing it to squek due to the grease
